Hello, my name is David Cosier. I am a longstanding member of The Canadian Psychological Association, and I provide ongoing individual and couple therapy. My current focus centers around the dynamics of dealing with personal trauma and depression, and the supportive roles of family and friends.

I enjoy helping individuals and couples to identify their core beliefs and the underlying motives behind their behavior, as they work toward achieving realistic goals.
