Russ Irwin is a passionate, inspiring and well sought after therapist and life coach.

Russ has over 25 years working as a counselor and therapist, is the successful author of "Creating an Extraordinary Life" 10 days to a whole NEW you. Russ also travels as an international conference speaker speaking on navigating our way through the struggles of life and serves a University professor.

Russ works with individuals and families. He also has special focus area of borderline and mood disorders and cognitive behavioural therapy and personal life coaching.

While Russ holds a PhD in Psychology, a Masters in Behavioral Sciences, graduate of McMaster University Clinical Behavioral Science program and is a trained Cognitive Behavioral Therapist his real joy is working with people helping them take their lives to the next level.
