After graduating in Nursing, Brenda has worked as a Registered Nurse for almost 25 years. Also, she has earned a Bachelor's Degree in Nursing, and completed her Masters in Counselling Psychology. She is currently working as a Counsellor, Diabetes Nurse Educator, and is pursuing a Masters in Education.
Growing up on a farm in the Halton community did instill a deep connection with nature that has had a profound influence on her personal and professional life. The devastating loss of her "mentor", who died at an early age of a terrible illness, became the catalyst for Brenda's passion to help others with life's challenges.
Brenda offers counselling services for a vast variety of issues including anxiety, depression, stress, relationship & interpersonal difficulties, grief and loss. She is committed to working with her clients to find and develop the appropriate technique approach that fits their needs.
