"It takes courage to grow up and turn out to be who you really are." This quote by E.E. Cummings is the foundation of my practice. I specialize in counselling individuals and couples who are taking a courageous step to regain their lives, to figure out who they really are, as individuals and in relationship with others.

It is not easy. I see struggle, pain and inner turmoil. Through that turmoil, there is growth, change and hope. I thank my clients and am inspired by them for entrusting me with their stories, their pain and their dreams.

Elisabeth received her Masters of Theology with a specialization in Counselling from the University of Toronto. Further certifications include Interpersonal Psycotherapy for the Treatment of Depression from the University of Michigan and Clinical Pastoral Education/Pastoral Counselling (CAPPE).
