Life is filled with challenges, opportunities, and choices. Counseling is a safe place where you can tell your story and be equipped with tools for healthy change. Taking that first step is courageous! Kristin will be by your side as you articulate your goals and implement new strategies and perspectives in your life.

Kristin works with individuals, couples, and families facing a variety of adversities including conflict, abuse, learning disabilities, infertility, anger, loss, depression, and anxiety. Her passion is to empower individuals, couples, and families to grow in their potential and experience restoration in their lives. Kristin’s approach is holistic taking into consideration a person’s physical, emotional, spiritual, and cognitive well-being.

Kristin achieved her BA in Psychology and Communications and her Masters of Social Work degree from Wilfred Laurier University. In addition, she is pursuing her life coaching certification.
