Rick has a Master’s in Leadership and Training from Royals Roads University, a Masters of Divinity Degree and is a Certified Coach.
The primary focus of my work is to guide people through a process of holistic life transformation in mind body and soul. Through the discipline of coaching I believe the hidden and often untapped potential of people can be realized. I believe people are capable of far more than they realize and through coaching many of their aspirations can become reality.
I have had the benefit of marketplace experience as an independent business owner and organizational leadership experience as an occupational church leader. I have also served in various civic capacities during which time I have consulted, mentored and coached individuals and teams through the process of change and transformation. I believe every person has an innate desire to be healthy, whole and ultimately fulfilled while making a strong contribution to community and leaving a legacy of influence in the lives of the people with whom they relate.
I have been blessed with a wonderful wife, 3 married children and 11 healthy and active grandchildren. I work diligently to keep myself healthy in mind body and soul so as to enjoy both quantity and quality of life. Hidden with that quality of life is the hope that I can not only keep up with my grandchildren and thoroughly enjoy them but also build an effective legacy for them and even perhaps beat them at their own games from time to time.
